And Adobe will never provide updates for the older versions of their software regardless of new problems caused by the latest OS. In other words Apple and Microsoft will never provide a patch or bug fix for their OS just because something whacky starts happening with an older version trying to run on the latest OS but they will provide one if their latest update causes new problems for a supported version. ![]() When a version of a program is supported for an OS it means that not only is its coding compatible with the requirements to run on that OS it also means that the software company (Adobe) will keep making updates to the program to keep up with any new requirements that the OS will demand as it continues to update and the OS makers (Apple and Microsoft) will provide bug fixes as needed.
